SIMPLE RECIPE #34

2 Cups Planko Bread Crumbs
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Basil & Parsley
2 tbsp. Oregano
1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, mix together bread crumbs, milk, beef, eggs, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, parmesan cheese & salt/pepper.
Place formed meatballs (your choice how big or small) on baking sheet about 1/2-1 inch apart.
Bake 16-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
