SIMPLE RECIPE #19

8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
Protein Powder of Choice (I use Vital Proteins Unflavored)
1 tbsp. Oats
Handful Blueberries
Handful Raspberries
Handful Spinach

Mix all ingredients into a blender and enjoy!
I usually make this smoothies after a morning workout.
Perfect way to fuel my body and get my day started.
